Are you connected to Telegram?

From the app home page click 'telegram channels':




Check you are connected to your Bet Smart notification Telegram bot. 



If not, or you are not receiving notifications in the yellow box will be a 'open bot' button with a code underneath. 


Click the button and enter the code into your Bet Smart Telegram bot. This should re-establish the connection between your Bet Smart account and your Telegram account. 



If you are still having issues after trying the above, please contact our support dept. via your Bet Smart account > menu > Raise a ticket (https://betsmart.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new).
